There is no doubt that technology is becoming increasingly important in business today. This hands-on seminar is the “Drivers Ed” class for beginning computer users. Participants will gain a basic understanding of hardware, software applications, and computer peripherals. This workshop explains a lot of the techno-babble associated with computers within the context of job search requirements. The first hand experience of computer use will allow participants to develop new skills and enhance job marketability with confidence.

This hands-on seminar is the advanced technology workshop for beginning computer users. Participants will gain a basic understanding of word processing and spreadsheet programs, along with fundamental knowledge of email and web browsing tools. This workshop is focused to assist participants within the context of current job search requirements. Actual computer applications use will allow participants to develop new skills and enhance job marketability with confidence.

This hands-on seminar provides the fundamentals of using QuickBooks to track business finances and follow accounting procedures. Participants will gain an overview of what QuickBooks can do and how to use this software to solve the most challenging problems. Information is presented in a logical sequence that allows participants to grasp concepts and apply learned skills. Actual QuickBooks use will allow participants to develop new skills and enhance job marketability with confidence.
