Shipping and Handling Policy

 Your order is important to us!

All orders are expedited for prompt shipment during normal business operating times (M-F excluding holidays; 9-5). We will ship your order the same day if we receive it by 12:00 p.m. (Central Time).

We ship from our warehouse via our standard delivery service, FedEx ground. We can also drop-ship for no additional charge. Allow five days for our shipment to reach your domestic location.

There is a shipping and handling charge on each order (except for certain digital products- see below). In your shipment, you will receive a packing slip but no invoice. You may request rush handling or overnight delivery for an additional charge. Please contact us at info@peakperformancesolutions.com for shipping charge quotes.

 

PPS is NOT responsible for lost or refused orders drop-shipped to third parties.

 

Electronic Products – Certain digital products are sent instantly via email. NO Shipping Fees will apply.


Returns
Peak Performance Solutions has a policy of no refunds, returns, or exchanges on ALL orders. We will replace materials with the same product version only when the materials are defective or there are problems of workmanship.
You MUST obtain a Return Authorization Code from Peak Performance Solutions before shipping any items back to PPS. We cannot accept returned merchandise without a Return Authorization Code issued from PPS.
