Mary White has been a consultant for more almost 20 years, specializing in the development of people skills for executives, call centers and front-line employees. 

Before becoming a trainer and consultant, White worked in the Financial sector as a trainer and manager for large banks and financial institutions.  Popular training topics include telephone skills, teamwork and collaboration, collection technique, process improvement and project management.

She has a degree in Business Administration from Ohio University and a graduate of Oklahoma Bankers Association’s Graduate School of Banking.  She is a member of ASTD, the Cedar Hill Chamber of Commerce and serves on the Board of the Cedar Hill ISD Education Foundation.
