Description:  Microsoft Project is one of the most popular project scheduling tools available.  Learn how to build a project schedule utilizing the power and functionality of this software.  Learn from a experienced project manager how to best set up task lists with duration estimates and resources.  Hands-on exercises utilizing provided practice files.

Suggested Length:  7 hours – plan over 1 day with a lunch break at middle of class time.

Level 2 = Intermediate Microsoft Project

Learning Objectives:

  • Update a project plan
  • Manage project costs
  • Report project data visually
  • Exchange project plan data with other applications
  • Reuse project plan information on new projects

Description:  For participants who have used many basic functions Microsoft Project before and are ready to take it to the next level.  Learn advanced task and resource functionality as well as ways to customize data and reports.  Hands-on exercises to practice their new skills on sample Project files.
