Lucy’s has over twenty years of professional experience in large multinational corporations. Her enthusiasm and passion for human development and working with people triggered her decision to dedicate herself to leadership development and coaching. In over 10 years, she has coached more than 150 leaders and trained hundreds of people in leadership topics in almost 10 countries in different industries such as automotive, manufacturing, IT, technology, pharmaceutical, consumer products, banking and financial institutions. She is PCC certified by the ICF (International Coaching Federation).
Lucy has worked with different clients and organizations as an executive coach and trainer as part of leadership development programs. She has more than 10 year of experience working with leaders at all levels including C suite leaders. Lucy has extensive business experience in both the corporate and consulting sectors. She spent the first part of her career (almost 25 years) working for 4 of the 500 Fortune Corporations: Frito Lay, Kodak, Motorola and Xerox. Her knowledge of commercial and marketing areas led her to design and implement differentiated strategies that achieved organizational objectives while promoting teamwork.
Lucy’s experience in leadership positions within global corporations and markets, is relevant in her work with leaders, both individually and in groups. She had coached and support leaders to develop their key competencies such as communication, emotional intelligence, feedback, teamwork, empathy and congruency, resilience, conflict management, among others.
