Working Genius: Designed by Patrick Lencioni, The Working Genius Model is designed to deepen self-awareness and maximize both fulfillment and productivity for individuals and teams. In this session, participants will uncover their natural strengths and learn to leverage them in a team setting as to how to use them to “Get Work Done”!
