Luis has over thirty years of professional experience in leadership positions in the construction industry and later as CEO of his own business. After working in those positions, he realized that his fulfillment, both professionally and personally, came when working with people, so he made a 180° turn and started a career as an executive coach (ACC certified by the International Coaching Federation), trainer and facilitator, path he has been travelling for over 8 years, with more than 700 hours of experience working with more than 100 leaders from 10 countries, in industries as varied as manufacturing, technology, pharmaceutical, real estate, automotive, consumer goods, oil and gas, etc
Luis’ long-term experience with international suppliers and clients, as well as with large and small corporations, has given him a wide and multicultural vision as to how problems are dealt with depending on different leadership styles.
