Description:  For a team to be truly effective they must have an advantage and they must overcome the five dysfunctions many teams will experience.  To gain this advantage, teams must learn to trust trhough honesty, effectively use Conflict based on ideas not personality, offer opinions so the can commit and be accountable to team efforts, and focus on getting better results.
